A rideshare marketplace built on driver quality

Better for riders. Better for drivers.

Wagn starts from a different premise: a rideshare marketplace only stays good for riders if it's good for drivers first. Quality drivers, predictable pricing, and pricing you can actually see — for everyone in the car.

01

The three things we don't compromise on

Driver quality

A higher bar, kept high

Every driver is vetted and held to a real quality standard — not just a star average that erodes over time. Good drivers are the product.

Predictable pricing

No surge roulette

Pricing reflects real time and distance. Riders and drivers both know what a trip is worth before it starts — not after a multiplier kicks in.

Transparent pricing

See the same numbers

The fare a rider pays and the fare a driver sees are built from the same math, in the open. No hidden take-rate, no fine print.

02

Better for riders. Better for drivers.

It's one idea, not two taglines. When drivers are well-treated and well-paid, the best ones stay — and riders get consistent, reliable service. When riders trust the service, there's more good work to go around for drivers. Neither side is the product being optimized at the other's expense.

Wagn allows drivers to connect with riders in a transparent marketplace.

Mission & about

We think rideshare forgot about the driver.

Most rideshare marketplaces treat drivers as a cost to be minimized. We think that's backwards — the driver is the product experience. Wagn demonstrates that a marketplace that is built around drivers is the best solution.

01

How we think about it

Squeeze driver pay and quality falls, service gets worse, and riders eventually leave too. It's a slow leak most rideshare companies have learned to live with. We'd rather build the flywheel the other direction: invest in driver quality, and everything downstream — reliability, pricing, retention — gets easier, not harder.

A truly efficient market has two sides — supply and demand. Wagn was built to restore that balance to the rideshare economy.

02

Why equity is the mechanism

For drivers

Keep your fare — you earned it.

A highly equitable split means drivers keep what they earn instead of watching it get taken a cut at a time. That's the supply side of the market getting its due.

For riders

Higher-quality rides

When drivers keep more of what they earn, they have more to invest in their own business — a well-kept car, a driver who's in it for the long run. That shows up as a better ride.

03

What we hold onto

Quality

Better drivers will find the Wagn model better for their business.

Transparency

Riders and drivers should be able to see the same numbers.

Reliability

A ride should feel like a sure thing, not a gamble on who shows up.

Riders

Better for riders means fewer surprises.

Wagn is built so the ride you're quoted is the ride you get: a vetted driver, a fare you can see the math on, and pricing that doesn't spike because demand did.

What you get as a rider

Driver quality

A higher bar, kept high

Every driver is vetted and rated against a real quality standard, not just a star average that drifts over time.

Predictable pricing

No surge games

Pricing reflects real time and distance, shown before you book — not a multiplier that spikes because demand just shifted.

Transparent pricing

See the same fare we do

What you pay is built from the same numbers the driver sees — no hidden markup, no fine print you have to go looking for.

Drivers

Drive for riders who show up for you too.

Wagn is built driver-first: transparent pay, predictable pricing you can actually plan around, and a rider base that's earned, not bought with a discount code.

01

What's different for drivers

Driver quality

Being good at this counts

Quality is the standard the whole marketplace is built around — so drivers who take care of riders are the ones who get the most work.

Predictable pricing

Plan around real numbers

Fares are calculated the same way every time, so you can predict what a shift is worth instead of gambling on surge timing.

Transparent pricing

You see the fare, not a black box

No hidden take-rate shifts, no disappearing surge you never see a cut of. What the rider pays and what you earn are built from the same math.

Equitable pay

Keep your fare — you earned it.

We take a fair cut, not a bite. The ride is priced once, and what's left after the split is yours — no adjustments, no games.

Investors — pre-seed

A driver-quality flywheel, tested where it's needed most.

Wagn is a defined test launch, not an open-ended land grab: one Boston corridor, one institutional demand anchor, and a thesis about what happens when the driver side is the product.

01

The thesis

Better drivers Premium riders Premium pricing Driver retention Repeat
02

Why this corridor

An institutional demand anchor

The Longwood Medical Area generates recurring, schedule-driven ride demand — shift changes, appointments, visitors — the kind of predictable pattern that's hard to find in general urban rideshare demand.

A defined test, not an open land grab

Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Fenway, and Back Bay form a contained corridor around that anchor — small enough to prove the flywheel, dense enough for it to matter.

03

The raise

$750KSAFE, pre-seed
~12 morunway
1defined test corridor

Funds are weighted toward rider acquisition and operations — this raise funds the test launch experiment itself, not a broad multi-city rollout.
